This is a three-day Specialty Training course consisting of lecture, demonstration, and practicum for Brainspotting practitioners who have completed a Phase One training in-person (or live, on-line training). This course will explain what happens in the body during Brainspotting on a tissue level, a cellular level and biochemical level.

This two-day training offers a welcoming environment to learn advanced ways to support this community and explore ourselves. Expansion, Performance enhancement, Advanced Induced gazespots, and Dr. Frey’s OCD and Compulsive Behavior set-ups will be utilized to work with coming out, religious trauma, non-binary gender expression and compulsive behaviors such as “bigorexia’” and compulsive exercising.
