Monika Gos is a Chartered Clinical and Counselling Psychologist and an international Brainspotting Trainer. She has trained and practiced widely in both Europe and the USA. She provides consultation and training to Health Trusts, develops treatment programmes and training e.g. Suicide Prevention training, for one of the largest charities in the UK.
Monika was trained by Dr David Grand and brought Brainspotting to such countries as Poland and Hungary. She is also a supervisor and Focusing Trainer. Monika has a private practice in central London where she works with adults and couples.
Before qualifying as a psychologist, Monika was a professional, classically trained violinist, hence her interest in creativity and performance enhancement.
Her passion and interest in relational and body oriented, experiential therapy methods, led her to discover Brainspotting – a modality that embodies all the above aspects, which constitute essential ingredients for neuroplasticity and lasting change.
Monika feels privileged to share the gift of Brainpsotting and be able to bring deep healing into people’s lives, freeing them from trauma and persistent life patterns.
