February 19-21, 2021 Generational Brainspotting (GBSP) combines
Brainspotting© with Somatic Archaeology©, a transgenerational healing model developed by Dr. Gibson.
GBSP is indicated specifically to provide healing for seven generations of inherited familial and cultural
patterns. Our focus is on developing positive aspects of inheritance, and reducing traumatic aspects, such as:
adverse childhood experiences, domestic and sexual abuse, addiction, anxiety, despair, grief, depression,
attachment issues, survival coping mechanisms, stress biasing, adoption, war related trauma, genocide,
ethnocide, immigration, and removal from traditional homelands.
We invite those who wish to lighten the load for our children and future generations. Genetics, epigenetics,
biogeneaology, cultural recovery, spiritual alignment, My Body, My Breath techniques, and neurobiological
resourcing will be discussed. This is an empowering, dynamic and experiential training that will deepen the
scope of your practice and provide remedy for stress-related disease and chronic pain. * BSP Phase One is a prerequisite.
Dr. Ruby Gibson is an international BSP trainer, author and the Executive Director of Freedom
Lodge & The Black Hills Historical Trauma Research & Recovery Center in Rapid City, SD. For
the past 35 years, Ruby has been dedicated to the craft and science of Cultural Trauma
Recovery. Her techniques were field tested for 35 years with clients and students, and studied
in her doctoral work with amazing effectiveness. She is the author of My Body, My Earth, The
Practice of Somatic Archaeology and My Body, My Breath. GBSP was developed in 2010.
