Brainspotting Phase 5: Online via Zoom Central European Time

Phase 5 is David Grand’s newest advanced training with the most up to date information on the NEM (Neuroexperiential Model). As there is no sequence in taking any of David’s advanced trainings anyone can take it (after Phase 1, and Phase 2 preferred). Phase 5 is comprised of a series of micro-techniques including dosing, vergence with hypoarousal (freeze), existential trauma with Gazespotting, Doublespotting mixing pointer and Gazespot, working with head trauma with memory loss, and more.
Teaching will include lecture, Q&A, mini-demos and group exercises.
