Certification Requirements
After completion of the items below, certification will be reviewed and awarded by Brainspotting Trainings, LLC.
Phase 1 and 2 Training
6 Consultation Hours
A minimum of six(6) hours of consultation from an Advanced Brainspotting Practitioner. The last hour to include a formal review of applicant’s BSP skills, documented on the consultation form.
50 Practice Hours
Fifty hours of practice with BSP, each session documented on session form.
Ethics Code Agreement
Certification requires agreement to the Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Practice.
Completion of Application & Payment
Completion of the Certification Application and Payment of a $150 certification fee to Brainspotting Trainings, LLC.
Renewal Requirements
- Documented 100 client hours using Brainspotting (use the Session Tracking Form)
- One (1) hour of Consultation with a Brainspotting Consultant/Expert
- Payment of $100 renewal fee
