Susan Reis is a Brainspotting and integrative somatic practitioner based in New York City, completing an MS in Applied Neuroscience, working at the level where emotions, language, sensations, and meaning converge at the sense of self. She integrates Brainspotting with Somatic Experiencing, Dynamic Attachment Repatterning Experiencing (DARe), hypnosis, contemplative presence and depth, and psychosynthesis-informed developmental work, with a focus on memory and emotional processing, nervous system reorganization, and conscious developmental growth. Working bottom-up through the nervous system and top-down through developmental depth, her approach is grounded in modern neuroscience and deepened through contemplative wisdom.
