Seeking help to better understand ourselves can be difficult and intimidating. I understand with great compassion that the journey within ourselves can reveal qualities about ourselves we have hidden; these qualities may be what we want in our lives or not. Everyone has a unique inner self. I like to say no two inner worlds are alike and, in this sense, it can be an exciting journey to discover what your world truly looks like and how it shapes your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I see my role as that of a facilitator to help you better understand yourself. Using Brainspotting along with other forms of therapy allows an individual to heal both their body and mind.
