Steph (she/her) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She received her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary’s University. Steph completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with High Distinction at Concordia University St. Paul.

 

Steph works with adults, teens, and families who need a safe space to discuss and work through life’s challenges. Some issues that Steph can help clients navigate and heal include; anxiety, depression, PTSD, intrusive/obsessive thoughts, body image concerns, chronic pain, grief, low self-esteem/confidence, mood dysregulation, women’s issues, sexuality and gender concerns, and life transitions. Steph is passionate about working with members of the 2SLQBTQIA+ community, teens, and young adults.

 

Steph approaches therapy from a non-judgmental, compassionate stance and provides space for clients to be themselves in therapy. She incorporates humor (when appropriate) into sessions. Steph practices a blend of trauma-sensitive, relational, somatic, mindful, experiential, and strength-based approaches in therapy. She is IFS-Informed and is trained in Phase I Brainspotting.

Steph sees clients in-person and virtually.
