I am a pre-licensed student therapist (providing clinical mental health care under supervision) committed to helping individuals heal, grow and live fulfilling lives. My approach is rooted in person-centered, trauma-informed, and holistic practices, incorporating Brainspotting techniques and Reiki energy work to address mind-body connection in healing. I work under the supervision of a licensed professional as I pursue full licensure in Maryland.
As a therapist, I integrate Relational-Cultural Theory (RCT) into my practice, focusing on the importance of connection and relationships in fostering personal growth and healing. Brainspotting is an integral tool in my practice of helping clients processed unresolved trauma. I believe that our sense of well-being is deeply influenced by the quality of our relationships – with ourselves, with others, and with the broader world. Disconnection and marginalization can create barriers to the sense of well-being, and my work aims to help clients rebuild authentic, supportive connections that nurture their resilience and growth.
I am especially passionate about supporting individuals from underrepresented and equity-seeking groups. By combining relational, trauma informed mind-body, and holistic approaches, I help clients rediscover their strengths, heal from past wounds, and create a life that feels aligned with their values and aspirations.
