More Information

Life can be hard. Everyday obstacles, change, and hardships can leave you feeling overwhelmed and helpless. The counseling relationship allows for meaningful conversation that can support you as you navigate all of life’s challenges. Having the courage to navigate through feelings and learning what makes us who we are is transformational. Here are just a few of the benefits you may experience from therapy: improved quality of life, decreased depressive and anxiety symptoms, improved interpersonal relationships, and improvement in emotional self-regulation.

I am a Marriage & Family Therapist Intern working under the supervision of Dr. Marcus Tanner PhD, LMFT-S, BC-TMH, EMDR. I have a passion for building relationships and empowering others. Through authentic conversation, I hope to lift some of the weight that clients may be carrying. My clinical background includes working with anxiety, life transitions, work and school-related stress, divorce recovery, and anxiety.

Making the choice to see a therapist is a big step that may bring on a variety of emotions. Through an authentic and trusted relationship, my goal is to lighten your worry and distress in a safe place, free from judgment. As your therapist, you can expect: empathetic listening, honesty and trust, encouragement and empowerment, and welcoming space for you.
