As a somatic-oriented psychotherapist, Samantha’s mission is to alleviate suffering, grow compassion, and foster healing by integrating body-centered approaches into the therapeutic process. Samantha is committed to guiding individuals on a journey of self-discovery and transformation, recognizing the profound connection between the body, mind, and spirit while integrating traditional therapeutic modalities with somatic practices. Compassion is the cornerstone of her methodology, guiding individuals through their pain with empathy, understanding, and a steadfast belief in their innate capacity for healing.
Samantha specializes in somatic methods including Somatic Experiencing (180 hours of training) and Brainspotting (Certified). These modalities support regulation of the nervous system in the recovery from stress and trauma. Areas of focus include PTSD, adjustment to life stressors, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, religious trauma, childhood trauma.
