I provide individual therapy to adults and teens. I practice therapy from a place of empathy, nonjudgment, warmth and humor. I believe that each person holds wisdom and unique gifts and talents and that my role, as your therapist, is to reflect the light within you. I have been providing therapy for 20 years and worked in community mental health, as a clinical supervisor, for 14 years before fulfilling my dream of opening my full-time private practice in 2023.
As a therapist, my goal is to help others find their own personal path to healing, connection and joy. I offer Brainspotting treatment to support clients in healing from trauma and in processing pain and distress that may be difficult to access through talk therapy alone. In addition to Brainspotting, I pull from a variety of other therapy models, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Attachment Theories. I also incorporate my own practices of mindfulness, meditation, and yoga into my work.
