Natalie Zimm, LMFT, offers trauma-informed therapy to teenagers and adults whose neurodivergent minds (ADHD, Autism, HSPs) and creative gifts are often overwhelmed by anxiety and trauma. Her unique perspective, informed by her own experience with a blended family, deepens her commitment to working with diverse and complex family structures. She specializes in moving clients beyond burnout, self-worth issues, and the pain of Complex Trauma (CPTSD/PTSD). Natalie uses advanced, body-first techniques like EMDR (Certified & Consultant-in-training), Brainspotting, and Havening to resolve trauma stored in the nervous system. Her work integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS)—having completed Level 1 Training with Dick Schwartz—and Jungian Depth Psychology to help clients who often feel “too much” or “not enough,” fostering true self-acceptance and wholeness. She provides a specialized and discreet space for diverse clients, including high-level executives, first responders, veterans, and artists.
