I’ve worked with trauma for over 30 years and my primary modality is Brainspotting. I’m also trained/ certified in other somatic modalities, which I may incorporate including EMDR, IFS (Internal Family Systems)/Parts, HeartMath, Mindfulness Based Stress reduction (MBSR), Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), and more. I’m also a Reiki Master Teacher and certified medium and intuitive healer.
