I am an LCSW  and also certified in Brainspotting and am certified Sedona Method Coach. I have been in private practice since 1989 in Roseburg Oregon. I currently work virtually with clients from all over the world. If you are based in Oregon I may be able to bill your insurance for  sessions. I am dedicated to supporting people in freeing themselves from trauma and suffering by teaching tools that empower people in their daily lives. In therapy and coaching sessions everything is based on creating safe connections and working together. I combine many techniques, including but not limited to: BSP, Parts Work, The Sedona Method and Polyvagal  tools. My goal is to help each person have their heart’s deepest desire.
