I am passionate about Brainspotting! I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) in North Carolina and a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) in South Carolina with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Duke University. My approach is warm, collaborative, and research-informed. I draw from emotionally focused therapy (EFT), parts work, mindfulness, attachment theory, and neuroscience-based perspectives. I offer in-person sessions in Charlotte and virtual sessions for clients throughout North and South Carolina. It would be an honor to support you on your journey.
