I am a psychotherapist licensed in New Jersey and Florida. I provide individual and family therapy to adolescents and adults. I have completed Phase 1 and Phase 2 of Brainspotting training, and am working towards my Brainspotting certification. I am also trained in Internal Family Systems, Psychodrama, shamanic healing, and hold a certificate in family therapy from the Multicultural Family Institute. Specialties include: BIAPOC and mixed race identity, LGBTQAI+, healthcare workers, first responders, actors/dancers/performers, athletes, and students (college, grad, law, medical, etc.); trauma, anxiety, depression, spiritual issues, and grief/loss.
