I am a psychotherapist licensed in New Jersey, Vermont and Florida. I provide individual and family therapy to adolescents and adults. I have completed Phase 1, 2, 3, 5, and the Masterclass. I have also taken many specialty workshops including Harmonic Brain Healing; Brainspotting, Spirituality and Intuition; From Freeze to Thaw; The Next Level; Brainspotting with Children and Adolescents; Brainspotting, Intersectionality and Social Justice; NeuroSoulmatic Alchemy; Brain Science; Working Outside the Window of Tolerance; and Quantum Breakthrough Experience. I worked with Dr. Linnea Swanson as my consultant for certification, and Cynthia Schwartzberg, LCSW, for my Consultant in Training program. I am also trained in Internal Family Systems, Psychodrama, shamanic healing, and hold a certificate in family therapy from the Multicultural Family Institute.
