Sometimes it’s really hard for women to ask for help-especially when you’re strong & independent . Therapy is a great way to reach out, learn more about yourself, and grow through any challenges you might be facing. I help women through the transition of pregnancy & early parenting, and dealing with any postpartum changes. I also help women who want to change their relationship with food and their bodies. Clients also see me for managing anxiety & depression as well! In addition to in person services, I also offer online therapy in MA, CA, and AZ.  I have trained in Brainspotting Phase 1, Phase 2, and Limbic Countertransference, and will soon be certified.
