If you want to deepen your understanding of yourself and have a space that is focused on intentional growth and healing, you’re in the right place. I work with insightful, self-reflective, and deeply feeling women who want to feel more connected and confident in who they are. Utilizing Brainspotting we will work together to get to the root of what’s going on so that you can start feeling better faster than traditional talk therapy alone. Brainspotting allows us to move through areas where your nervous system has gotten stuck so that you can feel more at peace and at home in your own body.

This type of personal growth may require you to face uncomfortable and painful parts of your past, but we will walk through it together. I will never ask a client to do work that I haven’t already done myself.
