I specialize in Brainspotting and in Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), the gold standard for couples therapy. From our very first session, we will work together to create meaningful therapy goals specific to what you want out of your sessions with me. You deserve to get measurably better! The more healing that needs to be done, the longer therapy takes, but my goal is always to “work myself out of a job” because you have achieved what we set out to accomplish.
