Beth is trained in Brainspotting and working toward Brainspotting Certification. Beth is located in Chapel Hill, NC and does in person and virtual sessions.  Beth has completed Phase 1, Phase 2, and soon will complete Phase 5 training. Beth works with clients around trauma, depression, anxiety, emotional sensitivity, sports performance and creativity.
