I work primarily with adults, but also teens and children as a part of a family system. My passion is helping individuals, couples, and families heal from challenging dynamics and events.

Dr. Dupuis is trained in the following treatment strategies:
- EMDR Therapy. Using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, we’ll work through trauma and reduce its emotional weight. As an experienced childhood trauma therapist, I work with patients to reprocess distressing memories and promote emotional healing.
- Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Accelerated Resolution Therapy can help you address traumatic experiences. We’ll use this technique to process and resolve trauma, fostering positive emotional changes. I am an ‘Advances and Enhanced’ level provider.
- Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). Discover harmony within yourself through Internal Family Systems therapy. We’ll understand and manage conflicting thoughts, emotions, and behaviors together for greater self-understanding.
- Brainspotting – This is a practice similar to EMDR and ART. It uses visual points to help process trauma events. It is a powerful method in trauma management, utilizing somatic experiences to help the brain and body process past events in a new way.
