I specialize in helping you resolve traumatic and painful experiences from a trauma-informed lens, within a neurobiological and attachment framework. Drawing from my training in Brainspotting, EMDR, and Trauma Sensitive Yoga, I facilitate unlocking your innate healing abilities at a sub-cortical level using somatically-involved, evidence-based approaches that ground and empower. The approach we take with your treatment will be tailored to your specific needs, strengths, interest, and comfort through collaborative discussion and as you feel ready. It is my passion to help others grow from victim to victorious survivor, helping you to resolve dissonance between your beliefs and your experiences, facilitate harmony between thoughts and emotions, and create empowerment by strengthening internal and external supports.
