More Information

Hi, I’m Chelsey Liaga, LMSW, and I provide therapy in Queen Creek, Arizona and virtually across the state. I specialize in working with ex-Mormon women—especially moms—who are navigating religious trauma, identity loss, and the emotional aftermath of leaving a high-demand faith.

Many of my clients feel stuck in patterns of shame, perfectionism, or emotional numbness. They’re doing the inner work, but talk therapy can only take them so far. That’s why I became trained in Brainspotting—it’s a gentle yet powerful way to access and release trauma that’s stored in the body, especially when words don’t feel like enough.

I’ve seen Brainspotting help my clients reconnect with their emotions, reduce anxiety, and finally begin to trust themselves again. For women who have spent years being told what to think, feel, or believe, it’s an incredible tool for coming home to their own inner knowing.

In our work together, you get to set the pace. I show up with curiosity, compassion, and a deep respect for your process. My goal is to create a safe, shame-free space where you feel supported—not pushed.

I believe that healing doesn’t mean fixing yourself—it means freeing yourself. Brainspotting helps make that freedom possible! Reach out today or visit my website to learn more about how to work with me.
