I am a certified Brainspotting practitioner who works with adults navigating life transitions, unresolved trauma, anxiety, and the emotional weight of “holding it all together.” Many of my clients are high-functioning professionals who appear strong on the outside but carry unprocessed experiences beneath the surface.
My practice is culturally inclusive and grounded in deep respect for the lived experiences that shape each person’s nervous system. I work with individuals from diverse racial, cultural, and identity backgrounds, with particular sensitivity to the impact of racial stress, generational trauma, and cultural expectations around strength, silence, and survival. I understand how systemic and historical experiences can live in the body, not just the story.
Brainspotting allows us to gently access and process what words alone often cannot reach. I provide a warm, attuned space where clients can move at their own pace, reconnect with their bodies, and release stored emotional pain without feeling overwhelmed or retraumatized.
My approach integrates Brainspotting with somatic awareness, mindfulness, and culturally responsive care, honoring both individual resilience and the broader cultural context each client brings into the room. Together, we focus on helping clients feel more regulated, more empowered, and more fully themselves in their daily lives.
I am currently seeing clients throughout Texas and Vermont via telehealth.
