In our session, you will experience a safe, supportive, empathetic, and trusting environment to dig deep into your healing journey to find true progress and change. I will mindfully hold space for your emotions and experiences to create healing. My role as your therapist is as a copilot who helps to guide you through and be a witness to your healing journey. I believe you are the expert in your story and have the power and expertise to create the changes you want to see in your life. 

We will work to identify life experiences and beliefs contributing to your hurt and challenges. Utilizing trauma-sensitive therapies and approaches, you will learn to understand the connection between your emotions and physical sensations in your body. You will gain insights and strategies that will facilitate the positive changes in your life as we journey together.
