Brainspotting helps us reach the places where pain and protective patterns live—often beyond words. Together we’ll move past talk-only therapy to gently release what’s been holding you back and create real, lasting change at your pace.

I work with trauma survivors and sensitive, high-capacity people who’ve carried pain so long it started to feel like “just how I am.” My approach blends Brainspotting with Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic and Attachment-based work, and Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy when appropriate—so every part of you can feel seen, respected, and safe to heal.
