My team and I are trained in multiple therapeutic modalities, including insight oriented talk therapy, hypnotherapy, EMDR, Brain Spotting, and more with the singular goal of helping guests evolve and heal in ways they may not even realize they needed. We are skilled in our profession and operate with clinical excellence, helping guests create long lasting, meaningful transformation quickly. We provide in person and online therapy and can’t wait to start this journey with you
