More Information

Starting therapy can be both exciting and relieving, as well as initially daunting. Many people avoid therapy for fear of judgement, not thinking their issues are “that bad”, or are afraid of facing themselves. When there’s avoidance or lack of help, these problems tend to keep getting worse. I believe that therapy is all about creating a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental space where we can work together to help you shift your mindset, make better choices, and improve aspects of your life that may not be working. My approach is all about working as a team to help you reach your personal goals.

I have experience working with adults, teens, and young adults who are going through life transitions, struggling with depression, self esteem, anxiety, relationship issues and more.

I am also a Brainspotting Practitioner. Brainspotting helps clients work through and release emotionally and bodily-based conditions such as PTSD, phobias, trauma, relationship and performance issues. In a supportive therapeutic setting, Brainspotting helps the client work through issues using deep focused mindfulness and fixed eye positions to allow the body’s innate wisdom to bring them back to homeostasis. I specialize in helping individuals learn how to regulate their emotions and work through ambivalence to take back control and make healthy, effective choices for their life.

My hope is that while working with me you feel both supported and challenged to be able to identify some of your hurdles and help you overcome them. Call now to schedule your free 15-minute phone consultation or book an appointment.
