Paula Kirsch, LCSW, CST is the founder of Paula Kirsch Therapy, a telehealth practice licensed in Connecticut, New York, and Michigan. She is dual board certified in sex therapy through IAPST and IBOSP, a member of ISSWSH, and is currently completing her PhD in Clinical Sexology at Modern Sex Therapy Institutes. Paula specializes in women’s sexual health across the lifespan, including vaginismus, dyspareunia, pelvic pain, desire discrepancy, and postpartum and menopause related sexual concerns, along with couples intimacy work and affirming care for LGBTQ+, kink identified, and ethically non-monogamous clients. She is trained in Brainspotting and draws on it to support clients working through trauma, body-based anxiety, and stuck points in sexual and relational healing that talk therapy alone hasn’t resolved.
