I help self-aware women who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, overthinking, and unhealthy relationship patterns, even after years of therapy, self-help, or personal growth work.
Many of my clients understand their patterns intellectually. They know where their anxiety comes from. They can recognize attachment wounds, people-pleasing, self-doubt, or relationship dynamics that no longer serve them. Yet despite all of that insight, they still find themselves repeating the same emotional experiences, feeling stuck in survival mode, or struggling to create the lasting change they’re looking for.
Brainspotting is often helpful when insight alone hasn’t been enough. It helps access and process the deeper emotional and nervous system patterns that can keep us stuck in anxiety, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, and unfulfilling relationships. Rather than only talking about what’s happening, Brainspotting allows us to work with the deeper parts of your experience where many of these patterns are held.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I integrate Brainspotting, EMDR, and parts-based therapy to help women build greater self-trust, emotional safety, confidence, connection, and ease. Over time, many clients notice quieter minds, healthier relationship patterns, less emotional reactivity, and a greater ability to enjoy the life they’ve worked so hard to create.
I offer virtual Brainspotting therapy and therapy intensives for women throughout Colorado and California. If you’ve done a lot of work on yourself but still feel stuck, Brainspotting may be the missing piece that helps things finally start to shift.
