Hi, I’m Stef Lum.
I’m a BSP-trained, trauma-informed and addiction-informed Integrative Somatic Practitioner, and former Creative Director and Brand Strategist with more than two decades of experience helping people navigate growth, change, and reinvention.
Since 2013, I have pursued extensive professional training and certification in holistic health, somatic approaches, nervous system regulation, personal development, and mind-body healing. My background includes Brainspotting, Somatic Coaching, IFS-Informed Parts Work, Somatic Stress Release, Yin-Based Conscious Connected Breathwork, Positive Psychology and Co-Active Coaching, CBT, NLP, EFT, Polyvagal Theory, Kinesiology, Yoga, and Compassionate Inquiry-informed approaches.
Rather than relying on a single modality, I draw from an integrative framework that allows me to meet each client where they are while supporting meaningful and sustainable change.
Today, I specialize in supporting high-achieving women who find themselves carrying too much in life, work, and relationships. Many are capable, caring, and successful, yet feel exhausted by patterns of over-functioning, people-pleasing, perfectionism, burnout, emotional labor, and chronic responsibility.
Together, we explore the patterns, adaptations, and protective strategies that may have once served an important purpose but are no longer aligned with the life, relationships, and well-being they want to create. Through Brainspotting and integrative somatic coaching, clients develop greater self-awareness, self-trust, emotional resilience, nervous system flexibility, and a more sustainable way of living and relating.
My work is particularly well-suited for individuals who feel responsible for everything and everyone, yet struggle to extend the same care, attention, and support to themselves.
I believe meaningful change happens when insight is combined with embodied experience. My intention is to provide a grounded, compassionate, and supportive space where clients can reconnect with themselves, access their own inner wisdom, and create lasting change from the inside out.
