I am trained in Brainspotting Phase 1 and 2 and use Brainspotting as a brain- and body-based approach to support deeper healing, nervous system regulation, and emotional processing. My work integrates mindfulness, holistic wellness, and mind-body practices to help clients better understand and move through patterns that may feel stuck beneath the surface.

I work with concerns including substance use and co-occurring issues, disordered eating, existential concerns and religious trauma, LGBTQ+ identity and support, and stress-related or nervous system-based symptoms. My approach is collaborative, grounded, and focused on helping clients build greater awareness, resilience, and connection to themselves.
