Krista offers counseling in CO (telehealth and in-person) and NM (telehealth only) and mental performance coaching globally. She is a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner and specializes in working with athletes, coaches, and affiliated personnel. Krista has assisted elite youth through professional athletes in navigating performance and life challenges. Her clinical specialities are PTSD/trauma (sport and non-sport related), Depression and Anxiety, ADHD coaching, and Disordered Eating/Body Image (outpatient). Her performance specialties include return to play concerns post injury or performance setback, confidence issues and team culture dynamics, leadership concerns and coaching/parenting support.
