I work with people who are carrying the weight of unresolved trauma, anxiety, and emotional pain. Through Brainspotting, we are able to gently access the parts of the brain and body where these experiences are stored and give them space to be processed. My focus includes helping individuals living with post-traumatic stress, complex PTSD, generalized and social anxiety, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, dissociative experiences, eating disorders, struggles with substance use, grief and loss, physical symptoms tied to stress, and the challenges that come with major life changes.
In sessions, my priority is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can slow down, notice what comes up, and move at a pace that feels comfortable. Many of the people I work with have tried traditional talk therapy but still feel stuck. Brainspotting can open a new path forward by working directly with the nervous system, helping to release what has been held inside for too long.
Healing is a journey, not an instant fix. Together, we can move toward resilience and a restored sense of balance.
