If you’re a woman in midlife, you may be noticing emotional patterns re-emerge that you believed were resolved earlier in life. As external demands increase—work, family responsibilities, aging parents, and hormonal shifts—your nervous system can reactivate those past experiences. Anxiety, relationship strain, and stressful life transitions are common reasons women seek therapy during this stage of life.
My practice is centered on working with women who seek therapy for anxiety, unresolved trauma, relationship struggles, and emotional shifts associated with midlife and perimenopause. I integrate Brainspotting with other depth-oriented approaches to process past experiences held in the nervous system that continue to influence present-day responses, supporting deeper awareness, self-compassion, and relief.
I provide online therapy for women throughout New York, New Jersey, and Florida. My work is thoughtful, collaborative, and paced to support meaningful, lasting change.
