The strategies that once helped you survive may no longer support the life you want. You may be navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, life transitions, parenting challenges, or the experience of being neurodivergent in environments that are not designed to support how your brain functions best. I work with adults, couples, and parents seeking greater self-understanding, healthier relationships, increased emotional flexibility, and more authentic ways of living.
My style is warm, direct, and depth-oriented. I help clients understand the origins of long-standing patterns, recognize how those patterns once served a protective purpose, and determine whether they still align with the life they want today. Together, we will cultivate insight that supports movement towards meaningful change.
Our work balances compassion with challenge as I tailor therapy to your needs, grounding the process in collaboration, client autonomy, and your existing strengths. Many of my clients are reexamining beliefs, family dynamics, or relational patterns that no longer fit who they are becoming, creating greater clarity, agency, and connection.
