Heidi Hoarau is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas (#80907). She specializes in providing online therapy to adults who have experienced chronic stress, trauma or grief/loss in childhood and/or adulthood, and who currently experience emotional, mental or physical issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, C-PTSD, or chronic pain.
She is a Certified Brainspotting Therapist, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional level 2 (CCTP-II) and a Certified Grief Informed Professional (CGP). She is also trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS Level 1) and in the Applied Polyvagal Theory (incl. the Safe and Sound Protocol – SSP).
