Maria Gray, LMFT, NMP, CGP is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She is certified in Brainspotting, Group Therapy, EMDR and NARM. These four therapeutic models are resource-oriented, non-regressive, and non-pathologizing. Her approach blends psychodynamic and somatic psychotherapy, and she specializes in trauma and addictions; she has a specific focus on working with adults who have been impacted by their parents’ addiction and/or mental illness. She created and teaches a one-day virtual training called “Brainpotting & Money”. Maria is licensed in California & Texas.
