DESCRIPTION:Recognize and work from a historical and intergenerational trauma informed lens within Brainspotting. We will explore impacts to different communities that create historical ripples that can show up through generations. How do we tap into innate knowing and notice where we can tap into ripples from the past? We will discuss how communities have been impacted (increase knowledge so we know how it may show up) and explore different ways to listen for clues and tap into deeper aspects which indicate links to historical experiences. New setup for working with autoimmune flare ups will be covered as this can be directly connected to unresolved long-term trauma.
