As a Maryland and DC Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor and Certified Mental Performance Consultant® (CMPC) who is phase 1 and 2 trained in Brainspotting, my additional specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems has allowed me to work with clients who have experiences with PTSD, anxiety, agoraphobia, OCD, panic disorder, specific phobias, depression, sport and performance challenges, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
I have a Master’s degree in Counseling with a specialization in Sport Psychology from Boston University. I have about 4 years of mental health counseling experience and am pursuing a PhD in Counseling Psychology. In my practice, I emphasize the therapeutic relationship as an integral part of authentic healing. I recognize that one approach to therapy cannot fully capture your intersectional experience, culture, and identity, so I tailor treatment to reflect your goals and needs. When working with me, you can expect a supportive and collaborative space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore the parts of yourself that matter most.
Taking the first step is a big deal—let’s take it together. You deserve support that prioritizes your autonomy, safety, and personal growth. If you’re ready to explore healing in a way that truly resonates with you, let’s connect. Your journey toward self-discovery and self-love starts here.
